Editing Example

This is a short edit of a documentary that Maggie Burnette Stogner created. The feature film documentary is called The Executioner's Shadow. This film studies the death penalty and how it effects people who work in prisons with the death penalty. This in depth film interviews Earl Washington who was accused of murder and placed on death row in the late 90's. He was weeks away from his execution when it came to light that he was innocent. This short film is a taste of the full documentary; it was a project for an editing course at American University.
